Slower than syrup! 20 minutes in line with 2 cars ahead of me.
Literally blown away by this experience. Four employees walking in circles and not accomplishing anything. Two of the staff were arguing while not doing a single thing. Saw one drink made the entire time I was there. Finally had to ask for a refund after drinks were made with regular milk after ordering oat milk. The guy just decided to use regular milk because they were out and told me I couldn't get a refund because they didn't know how.
That place gives Dunkin a bad name.
