Customer service was amazing and welcoming. We ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and the dazzle berry drink.
I stopped by at 8:30 PM and they close at 9 PM. There were no donuts because I was told they had already been dumped. If you close at 9, customers should still be able to buy products until closing time. The floors were already mopped, and I saw there was no wet floor sign being used where it was needed. Did a mobile order, pretty standard. 2 refreshers, 1 donut, 1 avocado toast with an egg, and 1 sandwich. The amount of attitude and "I don't want to be here" energy I was given was wild. On top of that since the last time I've had Dunkin' food their quality has gone way down. Before it seemed like things were at least kind fresh now it's premade, no changes, reheated "food".
