Holly, Kristopher, Trinity & Jacob are outstanding employees!! Thank you Dunkin for bringing joy to my life!! I had an extremely positive interaction today!! The coffee & “snackin bacon” was phenomenal!
I asked about a drink i was interested in & I had to look it up on my own. The staff just looked at me with a blank stare. They were asked a second question & didn't know the answer or take the time to help us. My drink was mostly milk and barely tasted like a coffee drink. A staff member was eating & drinking at the serving counter and didn't wash hands before serving inbound customers.
The donut holes where old
Was the only one in the drive through and it took them more than 10min to get me my coffee. When i finally got it there was cinnamon sprinkled on top of my chocolate mocha (which I never asked for, so I asked for the lady to make me a new one without cinammon). She ended up giving me my correct order but only after giving me so much attitude. I left feeling very unconfortable.
