Josh at Dunkin is absolutely phenomenal! He’s not only great at what he does, but he’s genuinely an amazing person who makes every visit feel welcoming and positive. His customer service, attitude, and kindness really stand out. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in making sure everyone has a great experience. Every time I come through the drive thru , the cashiers are always so rude and cold. I looked past it for a little bit because it is right next to my house, but after the last experience with them just not being polite, I will not be returning. You are better off going to Starbucks
