They need to hire more people, long waiting time
Came for some donuts and was really disappointed unfortunately. Donuts tasted like they had been sitting there for days and were just overall not good. Can't see myself coming back given how the donuts taste
I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich which tasted good but the bread wasn't toasted like a grilled cheese should be.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ location in Lancaster today at around 12:15 PM. I first went through the drive-through to order four donuts. I asked the employee if there was a menu showing which donuts were available. She told me they don’t have a menu in the drive-through and that they only offer assorted donuts.
