Why am I waiting 30 minutes in drive thru.
My first time in this store and Omg what a great costumer service experience I had with the two young man’s that were on schedule thank you guys keep the good work. I hope management read this and congratulate them lots of time management tent to forget to thank there employees when they do good job it motivate them to continue doing good. I will be going back
The service at this Dunkin' used to be good. I’ve worked fast food before so i understand mistakes are made sometimes, but the last few times i’ve been here the staff gets my order wrong every single time. And one of the female managers service is unprofessional. I’ll be going to a different location moving forward.
My daughter and I visit this location daily and are absolutely thrilled about the new management! Jahaira has made a significant impact on overall operations. Orders are created accurately, the staff is always friendly and the drive-thru has been amazing. Prior to her arrival, it was not good at all! Please keep the continuity of this team!
