Workers need to learn the difference between a BOSTON crème donut and a Frosted VANILLA crème donut… one has custard/pudding in the middle… the other has frosting in the middle… when you’re expecting custard and bite into frosting it’s jarring and nasty… this happens far too often… it takes two seconds to double check.
Longest drivethru I sit in regularly. They get 2 stars for helping me save money by not going very often, since they can't be trusted to get me back on the road in a timely fashion. I expect a wait at 8 am, cars around the building... not at 11 am, 3 cars in line and still 20min to get served.. and its 50/50 they will hand you someone elses order before getting it right.
Every encounter has been pleasant! My drinks are made so well that when I go to a different Dunkin'…it’s stale in comparison.
I visit Dunkin’ every morning Monday through Friday and usually have a great experience with the early morning staff. However, today was disappointing. Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted as I normally am. When I got to the counter, my large iced latte was handed to me, but it was almost completely white—like it was mostly skim milk. I mentioned this to the gentleman at the counter, but he didn’t acknowledge my comment, just grabbed the cup and "remade" the drink, only for it to come out looking the same.
