Lady has an attitude and kind of an accent I didn’t understand what she said I said sorry ? and she replied with a very sarcastic smarmy attitude “I said we are working on it , it’s not what she said it’s how she said it “. Almost like she has no patience at all. She needs to work a warehouse job if she doesn’t wanna deal with the public especially normal acting people. Atmosphere was great, super friendly and fun staff. They made my day by customer service and interaction. I want to go here more bc they "see" their customers. ❤️ All their customers left w a smile.
I placed a mobile order this morning and accidentally selected “walk-in” instead of “drive-thru” without realizing. When I pulled up to the window, I overheard a comment being made about it, and when I was handed my drink, the employee pointed out my mistake with unnecessary attitude. It was an honest mistake, and I don’t appreciate being spoken to that way—especially first thing in the morning. If customer service is too much to ask for at 10 a.m., that’s a problem.
