Dunkin hires people that does not know how to take orders properly. Why do I have to repeat myself so many times? The girl who takes my orders (Sofia) with the rudest tone and I’m having to repeat myself over and over after being very clear. Then a guy takes over mid halfway through for her just for me to repeatedly say it again, but I always come to this Dunkin very often but yet there’s always a mistake that’s made.
I love dunkin' donuts and always go there and do not go to the other places what ever since covid whenever I go they never have jelly donuts or lemon donuts come on guys please pick up the production a little bit... thank you 🙂
Drive thru employee was on phone with friend on speaker, coffee and service was just horrible
