Pointed and yelled at a deaf girl for pulling up to the window and trying to order using notes on her phone, then called the cops on her this place needs shut down.
Educate your managers. Unacceptable behavior and a disservice to your brand. Glad I have a Tim Horton’s close. They have my business now.
Don't go to this location if you are deaf. They will refuse you service and then call the police on you. If you have a hearing abled person with you to place an order, the coffee and donuts are great.
This is my first time writing a review so you know they had to have been doing something right! I just started classes at Valencia College and have been going to this location almost everyday for 3 weeks. I have yet to have a bad experience at this Dunkin’. For the past 2 days who I think is the manager has been at the window taking payments and he is very friendly. He’s gave me an upgrade on my drink size both days I’ve seen him with my mom. We need managers and workers like this more.
