If I could give less than a one star review I would it’s so sad that this is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve received service at. How do you receive a coffee without any coffee in it? Staff is rude. Sit in the drive-through for minutes without a response I had to go inside … but the store is empty. Ridiculous really. needs a whole new staff. This has been my experience over time and today capped it I uber eats and this was the results no coffee in my COFFEE drink. trash service
One word to sum up this specific Dunkin would be “terrible”. I specifically avoid this Dunkin because I know the service and food quality is always terrible. I went on June 20th after not going in a long time and I wasn’t surprised when the service I received was horrific. I ordered through the drive-thru, they got my order wrong, and never once apologized. They burned my food which I had to throw away when I got home, I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and added bacon, they never put the bacon on it so I had to go ... read more
What A nasty person I think her name was Jenny. She had a nose ring curly hair and was absolutely rude and nasty. You can check my profile and see that I spent a lot of money at Dunkin and I understand how the process works. If I order drive-through and I sit and wait for 10 minutes and I drive up to the window, I shouldn’t have somebody basically yelling at me telling me that I need to wait at the window to give them my number that I’ve already placed on my telephone.
