Line for drive thru took forever, got home, my son went to eat his bagel and this is what wr found for the cream cheese. Someone put that little amount on and decided that was enough.
This is hands-down my favorite Dunkin', and I don't say that lightly. The team here is consistently friendly, fast, and efficient, the kind of place where the good service isn't a one-off, it's every single visit. A few things set them apart. They always give pup cups, which my dog has come to expect and now pulls toward the second we get close. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Their drive thru line is completely inefficient. There needs to be a way for the customer to park and quickly go inside to pick up their mobile order. The drive-thru line is so long that by the time you reach the window your order has melted or it’s no longer hot/fresh. It also takes at least 30 minutes to get through the line. The whole point of having a drive-thru is for efficiency. This Dunkin really needs to change their process.
