It seems like every Duncan is a little bit different in in how they prepare foods While I don't always drink iced coffee, I do enjoy it from time to time. But when ordering it I like to order it without ice in it. Seems strange I know, but apparently some of the duncans are able to cool down the coffee without needing to add ice. This particular location didn't seem to have that special equipment. When ordering on their kiosk there wasn't a selection for no ice.
