I’ve literally have not had ONE good experience here. Every single worker seems like they hate their job. Everyone is rude when you have customizations to your coffee and of course never seem to get it right. I swear they just be throwing stuff into your coffee and when confronted they have the biggest attitude. Female caucasian worker with brown hair in the afternoon is very rude.
Jericko is very kind, attentive, and helpful. I had an issue with my order, Jericko was able to find solutions whilst providing great customer service!
Morning crew is always on point
Terrible horrible service weekend nobody said anything it was one man working and didn't even say nothing we stood there at 11 minutes not a word spoken to us there was not a line nothing. Individuals don't care about nobody. This was great service from dunkin' donuts will not go back
