I got an iced coffee and I asked for no ice they charged me $0.75 for no ice for both of my cups of coffee. I told them your saving money from me not getting ice so how am I being charged and I don’t ice because the cups are filled to the very top with ice.

We come every weekend and the staff is fantastic and friendly.
Went in for a coffee & breakfast sandwich and both were made wrong. Tried to inform the staff of the error & the guy immediately got an attitude. Even went so far as to blame me for the incorrect order. Customer service is abysmal at best.
