The apartments are very spacious and the community is quiet. The last couple of months I was there I was paying rent for myself and the roaches that was coming from my neighbors apartment. The maintenance man does a half ass job and when he does come to your apartment to work he has an attitude. Last but not least the manager Stephanie Harrison is the absolute worst. Idk what that last review is about but Stephanie is absolutely wonderful she is very reliable and is always ready and available to help when anything happens. I’ve lived on the property for about three years and I just absolutely love the her and maintenance . When you tell her you are having a problem in your apartment she gets the problem fixed as soon as possible. I couldn’t ask for a better property manager.

The apartments are spacious but the young lady named Stephanie, the works in the rental office is very rude and unprofessional. She either former know what she’s doing or needs more help. She lives on the property but is hardly ever in the rental office. The phones are never answered and it is hard to get maintenance out for repairs. The reason she gets a way with it is due to lack of accountability. It was very difficult to get in contact with someone from the corporate office. It took me some time but we got through. I've attempted to contact someone in the rental office for the last few weeks via phone and email but have not received a response. How do you lease apartments if there is no one to speak to??
