Through our home building process, Barry was more like a friend than anything else. An approachable, easily reachable, and generous friend. I’m not sure if any other builders have the company CEO readily available by text/call/email/in person at any time. Barry, Stan, and Kathy have been wonderful during our entire homebuilding process and after. Unlike other builders, Dunhill actually cares and treats our house like its own. We’ve been more than happy with the house we recently built. The team has been very responsive to messages and come up with solutions to expected minor things that we’ve encountered even after we moved in. If we could, we would give more than 5 stars!
We’ve been more than pleased with our single-family home purchase from Dunhill Builders in Spring of 2023. The quality of the house has exceeded our expectations. Barry and Stan are very reachable and they take a very personal approach to follow-up questions and maintenance projects. On one instance, I discovered a storm-related vent leak in our master shower, texted Barry on a Friday evening, and they showed up with the roofer and had the problem fixed the next day. Barry and his team are a delight to work with. They stand by their quality, and maintain the relationship well past the final product. They are honest and transparent with costs which really makes the building process less stressful. We would build with Dunhill again.
