If I could do less than one star, I would. This was THE worst butcher job I've ever had! Plus it cost an arm and leg! They left bones in all of my meet, literally the steaks and roasts all have bones. I've had 3 cows butchered by different butchers and never have I had to ask for the bones to be removed, it's just what they do. They didn't cut any of the fat off of anything, even though I requested the tallow, the roasts are more fat than meat.
