My Dad has purchased meat from this company for over 20 years. He has bought beef, pork and buffalo. The wrapping of the meat was perfectly done, kept the meat fresh no matter how long it was in the freezer. The staff is very professional and good at their work. It’s a small family owned company and they are dedicated to their customers. Very honest and keeps a very clean business.
They were very helpful when deciding how to cut up the beef and the turnaround was very quick!
Had our 1/2 grass-fed cow processed here. The ground beef were in 1-2lbs packages and we got food poisoning everytime after consuming it. Ended up feeding most of them to the dogs. Almost every piece of steak/roast had silverskin on one side, a lot had bones in the middle, and they were all cut wrong so the meat was incredibly tough even after tenderizing. Meat was wrapped in plastic that would tear from simply moving around. Paid a good price for our cow only to get ruined by them.
Ive had a couple steer butchered here the last few years. Animals are humanely dispatched without stress and they are fast at getting it done and getting the butchered steer to their shop. Cuts have always been great and meat has always been delicious!
