WORST Customer service !!! The experience I have had with two sales agents so far has been some of the worst I’ve experienced. I wish I got her name but I didn’t. I had my disabled client with me to view the home and builder, instead of walking around to the front door because it was 104 degrees outside and my client was already dripping sweat, we walked through the office. Well, no name review and the Sunday best comment is absolutely false. I spoke with several different builders over many visits and never had any complaints. Debbie and Linda are the best!

Over priced homes, irresponsive and irresponsible developer, HOA, common area are badly maintained, filthy lakes, amenity center is not ready, no pool, no pady splash, no walking/biking trails. Never seen such highly priced sub-division with such a slow provress. Think twice before buying and drive around in the neighborhood, look at the lakes.
$1,000 in rebates if you use me as your realtor. New construction homes all over. Most builders are offering incentives. Contact me for more information.
