If I could give Toll Brothers 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service, poor construction quality, and absolutely no responsibility taken for the issues. We noticed visible cracks and problems with the exterior, but the company has been unhelpful and dismissive. Very disappointing experience, especially for a builder that claims to be “luxury.”
