Terrible practice. They billed someone else’s insurance instead of mine and told me since I have the same last name as that person, it was bound to happen. Mistakes happen, but maybe pay attention to what you’re doing. Disera told me she was “doing me a favor” by submitting to MY insurance. Not sure how that’s a favor.
