The overall service at Dunham Pharmacy is great, but it’s clear that staffing levels are insufficient to meet the high demand. A significant number of retirees rely on this pharmacy, and it’s concerning to see elderly individuals waiting for hours to receive their medications. This also impacts parents of children on Carlisle Barracks, AWC students, active-duty soldiers, and staff, who all face extended wait times. Didn’t wait long at all! Came in for scheduled appointments. Very efficient check in process. Great staff. Very professional and exemplified sincere care.
Since I started to treat there to now they have a lot of improvements. They answer the phone in timely mannner (they used to take more that an hour and sometimes didn't answer). Also they have the basic to treat people, dentist, radiology and a pharmacy with some of the medications.
