Since they switched phone numbers its almost impossible to get an actual person on the line. If you have a referral outpatient for anything and you need a renewal or need an mri referral from them, good luck getting someone to talk to. Been trying for a week non stop to get them to send a referral for an mri. Its either waiting for someone to answer or they hang up after picking up so all that time waiting was wasted. Worst system ever handle to deal with.
