This is the first time eating at Patience Cuisine and I was blown away! I had the egusi spinach with goat and fufu, madesu (beans), and the hot sauce. The egusi spinach stole the show! The stew was savory and packed with flavor, the goat meat I added on top was tender and delicious. The fufu was soft and well made, the beans were flavorful, and the hot sauce was wonderfully complex and spicy. I will be back next time I'm in town to try more from the menu.
I ordered poulet moambe through delivery and was taken aback by how delicious it was. The flavor is fantastic and is such a comforting dish. Immediately told a friend about this and can’t wait to order again!
It's a wonderful food , very delicious
Delightful small cafe with Congolese cuisine. Kindly owner provides home cooked flavors in dishes that were new to me and very enjoyable. Be sure to knock or call if coming in evening when building doors are locked.
This place is so delicious!! All the food was super flavorful and perfectly cooked and piping hot! It really feels like home cooking since the owner is so kind and welcoming. She modified our dish for us and even offered us water to rinse our hands in before the meal. The environment was really lovely to be in. We had the sambusas, fish with rice, and chicken maombe with fufu and all of it was mouthwatering. The hot sauce was really yummy! It had a bite but didn't overtake the food's flavor.
