My wife and I recently purchased carpeting for our home from Dungan's Floors. We are very dissapointed with the carpet that was installed. We made our choice from a group of samples about 4" x 4" in size. We could not have envisioned how DIFFERENT THE CARPET WOULD LOOK when installed in an actual room. Dungan's did a great job installing tile in our kitchen, pantry, laundry, and 2 baths. They did an sxcellent jobs helping us prepare the house for the dusty mess that was inevitable. The installation team, Gilbert and his associate, were very respectful of our home, kept us up to date on the progress and gave us good information on what and why they followed certain procedures. This was the 2nd time we've used Dungans Floors and were wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
