Always do a great job, a very trustworthy hometown company
Ed Dungan has always responded fast when I’ve called him for service. He usually tells me they are busy, so he can’t promise how soon they’ll be here, but almost always it’s within a few hours. He also understands that we have only one bathroom, so if it is out of commission, we’re in trouble. Their charges are always reasonable. I highly recommend Dungan’s Plumbing and Heating.
I have called 2 times about a heating problem and I and haven't had any response so they are a poor business that doesn't want to help a consumer so I would not recommend them to do anything helpful. The lady I talked to didn't seem to care if I had a problem or not.
