We’re visiting Hawaii on vacation and my daughter’s wire came off. They got us in right away, were incredibly kind, and fixed it quickly. They didn’t even charge us for the visit. We’re so grateful for their help while we were far from home. Highly recommend!
While on vacation in Hawaii, my daughter had a wire come out of her bracket and was in a lot of discomfort. This orthodontist office was absolutely amazing — they got us in within one day and even saw us right when they opened. The staff was kind, professional, and understanding of the situation. They removed the wire so my daughter wouldn’t be in pain for the rest of our vacation and explained that we could have it properly fixed once we return home. I highly recommend Dung Orthodontics (Honolulu office), especially as an adult patient. The office staff is friendly and professional, and it was easy to call and make a new patient appointment that worked with my schedule. Dr. Todoki fixed the issue with my permanent retainer during my first visit. She worked quickly and gently, and I didn’t experience any discomfort.
