The front desk staff seemed nice and attentive when I submitted my new patient paperwork and scheduled my first appointment. It was to my dismay that when i showed up to my initial appointment they had not only lost my new patient paperwork but also did not have my labs that they confirmed prior to my appointment were present and accounted for.
