The waiting room was comfortable and I liked they offered coffee and free samples. One piece of feedback I have is for the staff to orient the patient more clearly. I don’t think anyone introduced themselves to me by name or their role. During my appointment I had three people in the room and did not know what their roles were or why they needed to be present for the exam. Great place! Great vibe and yet so professional and knowledgeable. Emma is a grad of USD- nuff said! Thoroughly enjoyed my visit but was given very important information given my condition. Bedside manner went beyond... TOP-NOTCH! For once I really enjoyed my visit to a dermatologist!
