Had the best experience. My dad really enjoyed living here. The maintenance was always quick to reply and Jessica in the office was always extremely responsive and got things taken care of quickly. You can tell she cares about the place. My dad felt safe during his walks around the community. We never had any issues and it was a lovely place for him to stay.
The ladies ( Kaitlynn and Faith) made this application experience easy and pleasant.They are a winning team.
Horrible experience living in these apartments from 2022-2025. the maintenance people that they schedule around monthly are very invasive and have a key to your apartment if they knock twice to no answer…they will enter. I’m usually home alone as i’m a teenager living with my single mother who works hard for the home we stay in. i have very bad anxiety and not knowing when they’ll show up really racks my nerves knowing they can just enter my home and having the fear that it may not be them next time or the keys could be used... read more
This place is a scam!!!! APPLICANTS BEWARE!!!!! I came to these apartments because they were supposed to have an available unit. I met all the things needed to apply. I paid my application fee, and the assistant called me and said I had 3 evictions on my credit, and I was denied. I have a perfect rental history, I knew something was wrong. I asked for the proof, and the agent would not give it to me. I had my Trans union records pulled, and there was no evictions on my credit report.
