I have used Dunedin Refrigeration since I have owned my home and am very pleased with the service, the technicians, the office staff and sales. I just had a new HVAC installed after 21years and this company has always serviced my home even before I purchased it. I highly recommend them.
After having another service/sales rep here for what seemed like a few hours and who gave me a very high quote, it was so refreshing to have Dunedin Refrigeration reps come just to check out our current HVAC and take pictures of the handler. A couple of hours later, their sales rep sent me a quote with 3 different choices, all of which were about $4,000 less expensive than the first company who quoted a price for their suggested HVAC. They installed a new, technologically advanced 5-ton Daiken system in our home after saying goodbye to our 20-year old Trane system. Highly recommended family-owned business with an emphasis on service and customer satisfaction (not commission-based selling), a refreshing change in this age of LLC takeovers in the A/C business.
2 stars because most of the techs were professional and courteous. I purchased a new AC with heat pump system recommended by the Dunedin Refrigeration salesperson that was installed in May 2020. That's been followed by 5 years of calling for the same issue of cool air blowing from the vents when in heat mode and multiple repairs starting 1 month after installation.
