Zach & Isiah were very professional and extremely personable gentlemen. They both took time to explain everything to me in regards to mine and my neighbors below in the drainage work. They also inspected both air units & air handlers. All they did was with smiles. They are both assets to Dunedin Refrigeration. We originally contacted Dunedin Refrigeration for service. They were able to come out that day and attempt a repair but our 20 y/o system was too far gone. The tech immediately sent the sales rep the info and we had a very reasonable quote (with multiple options) for a new system before EOB and they were able to schedule our install for the next week. For many years, I've had Dunedin Refrigeration's annual service contract. They maintain the AC on my rental, which keeps everyone happy! Their office staff and their technicians are A+.
They used to have a skilled A/C guy for split units, now they send out a couple of guys that guess at the problem rather than do a REAL trouble shoot! I learned more from the guys we use now in 30 minutes than those dolts knew when they came to fix it! The lights ARE codes! They tell you what the actual problem is!
Dunedin Refrigeration removed and replaced all of the register boxes and ductwork in my new home and did good work at a competitive price within the timeframe that I needed the work done. Thank you Dunedin Refrigeration!
