We received excellent service today from Zack at Dunedin Refrigeration to perform routine maintenance on our Daikin unit. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. He answered all our questions and was truly helpful and customer oriented. Our A/C stopped working on a Monday evening and my neighbor recommended Dunedin Refrigeration. I chatted with Jeff after hours and he quickly understood our issue and scheduled me for the next day. Kyle arrived on time and was amazing! He carefully inspected our old Trane unit, found and fixed several issues (including a full flushing of the lines) and gave us a very reasonable bill. He was knowledgeable and seemed to love his work. Very impressed. Thank you, Jeff, Kyle and Dunedin Refrigeration!
Zach & Isiah were very professional and extremely personable gentlemen. They both took time to explain everything to me in regards to mine and my neighbors below in the drainage work. They also inspected both air units & air handlers. All they did was with smiles. They are both assets to Dunedin Refrigeration. I wish all technologists in every field were just like they are.thank you again Zach & Isiah, I hope to see you when i get my new a/c in the near future.
We originally contacted Dunedin Refrigeration for service. They were able to come out that day and attempt a repair but our 20 y/o system was too far gone. The tech immediately sent the sales rep the info and we had a very reasonable quote (with multiple options) for a new system before EOB and they were able to schedule our install for the next week.
