What an incredible experience having Pete walk us through from our initial meeting, to buying the perfect downtown Dunedin home . He is so friendly, easy going, and down to earth. He wanted us to feel comfortable during the process, and went at the speed we needed to make our decision. Pete assisted us in looking for a house when we moved to Florida. He showed us what type of house we could get in various price ranges, assisted us in narrowing down the types of neighborhood we wanted based on our interests, and considered our "must have" list. He did a lot of leg work for us since we lived out of state. Would use his services again in a heart beat. He went above and beyond for us.
We have worked with Pete and Joni Dagios at Dunedin Realty both buying and selling homes and they are top notch! Detail oriented, client focused and very knowledgable about the area. Always responsive to the questions and issues that come up when buying and selling. They treat you like family! Thank you Pete and Joni!
No one ever called me back not happy with them.
