Pete assisted us in looking for a house when we moved to Florida. He showed us what type of house we could get in various price ranges, assisted us in narrowing down the types of neighborhood we wanted based on our interests, and considered our "must have" list. He did a lot of leg work for us since we lived out of state. Would use his services again in a heart beat. He went above and beyond for us.
We have worked with Pete and Joni Dagios at Dunedin Realty both buying and selling homes and they are top notch! Detail oriented, client focused and very knowledgable about the area.
