We rented a Foxtail model for 2 years while building our home. Apartment living is very challenging after living in a single family for 30+ years. Pool is nice. Grills are convenient but not kept up and cleaned on a regular basis. All apartments including these have very thin floors with NO padding to minimize hearing even light foot traffic above. It’s not worth the price. We now have new owners and they are not taking care of the property. The common grounds look terrible. The place has gone down hill and is still sliding.
