I have lived in Emerald Pointe Apartments since September 2016. I've enjoyed living out here except for a few neighbor disagreements, and those people have moved away. Wish that we had washer/dryer in units. But we do have a nice laundry room. And pretty clean most of the time thanks to the cleaning ladies. It would be nice if everyone cleaned lint out dryers and put trash in the trash can instead of on the floor. And not leave their clothes in washers and dryers. Office staff and maintenance staff pleasant and professional.... read more
