The office personnel is very nice and explained everything clearly and fully.
The Assistant Property Manager and the head property manager were great. Very professional, detailed, and prompt.
Do not recommend, terrible office staff, terrible cooperate management and maintenance staff. Does not resolve issues in timely manner actually creates imaginary charges that I believe is to scam residents unless you make them accountable for proof. Raises rent regularly with no upgrades.
After pushing my move in date back a week due to needing new carpet, I got a call July 7th , a day before move in saying I needed an extra $900 for first months rent. When we first discussed move in costs only the deposit of $600 was mentioned . U-Haul was packed the day before I was supposed to move originally (July 1st) so I’ve been paying for it almost a week because of this.
