I am mobility impaired. My travel companions walked to this location on my behalf because I was unable to, in order to obtain a free charm. They explained to the workers my situation, but the staff refused to give them a "free" trinket/charm on my behalf. What kind of customer service is this? It's not like they asked for 10. And as many "free" charms they give to visiting cruise passengers, they couldn't spare one more...?? Near the end of tourist season? Shame.

I was on a mission for a dog sled charm, and when I entered the store, Adele told me my quest had ended. They carry the most aDORable charm, plus my sister found a lovely forget-me-not necklace. Thank you Dune!!!
