Had dinner at Dune 18 and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. The fact that it’s BYOB is a huge plus too. We started with the burrata salad special, which had cantaloupe, burrata, arugula, and prosciutto. The combination sounds strange, but the flavors were unreal. First time here and it did not disappoint. Our food was exceptional and flavorful. Not the same menu you see at every restaurant on the island. Our waiter Christiano was super knowledgeable with the menu and recommended some great dishes. We even had a great conversation with Mark the owner who insisted on bringing the kids out ice cream. Will definitely return!
