One of the worst offices I have ever taken my children to. The receptionist is rude and unfriendly. That's extremely unfortunate considering she is the focal point of the practice. Second, the medical assistants can also be rude and lack proper communication skills which are needed when dealing with ones wellbeing. Unfortunately for Dr. Daill, her poor staff causes bad reviews and for families to find other doctors ALL because of the surrounding staff.

Never can get my kids seen when they are sick, never have appointments unless it's months away. Had a problem with our insurance and it was being fixed and they wouldn't see my son although his insurance was active and the problem was fixed. So we found another doctor �
Annie gives me problems ever since the kids mom died. Doctors are good too bad they have a problematic person dealing with the customer.
