Just moved in and I like the location and the apartments are nice. It was as clean as I would have liked and there was a lot of chipped paint. Leasing required me to sign into 2 different third parties for the application and then the deposit. When I got routed to mail in the deposit and asked for help I got no response from Dundee. There’s no one in the office area as I guess they have 1 person working multiple locations so I couldn’t pick up my keys until late afternoon. Dundee Flats is an exceptional property! The location is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. Shannon, the manager, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area, making the entire experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Tried seeing twice and person wasn't there on original timed. I got 3 emails changing times. They don't have an on-site office. Total waste of time
The whole process from application to move-in has been great. Anytime I had questions, I was able to get an answer almost immediately. I love the location of this place and the overall look of the apartments inside. Very spacious for a studio. Thank you Emily for all of your help!
