My partner and I came from out of town to look at Dundee Flats, while it was not the main objective for our trip it was something we were looking forward to. ROACHES, WONT FIX AC IN 90 DEGREE WEATHER I genuinely liked my apartment and was fully planning to renew my lease. That changed completely because of how ongoing issues were handled -My AC first broke on May 15 and required a temporary fix -Within a few weeks, it failed again and stopped working during high temperatures -I had to follow up multiple times just to get a portable AC unit -When it was finally installed, it was done incorrectly and not properly sealed -I had to buy my own duct tape and fix their setup just to mak... read more
