Just moved in and I like the location and the apartments are nice. It was as clean as I would have liked and there was a lot of chipped paint. Leasing required me to sign into 2 different third parties for the application and then the deposit. When I got routed to mail in the deposit and asked for help I got no response from Dundee. There’s no one in the office area as I guess they have 1 person working multiple locations so I couldn’t pick up my keys until late afternoon.
