Most of the time no one responds to the call and it asks to leave voice messages. After voice message or even after talking to a person, we are awaiting an appointment of telephonic or physical for 2 weeks for blood work done 3 weeks back. Also, no time adherence in the clinic. No value to the patient's time. Though you are there at the appointment time, you will never be called without making half an hour to an hour delay.. Poor communication. I had a phone appointment booked with the doctor because I’ve been having side effects to the medication I’ve been prescribed. The secretary booked a phone appointment and told me my appointment was at 6:40pm I waited till 7:00pm however no doctor called me. The secretary made a mistake and now is saying they don’t do phone appointments but if I wait till the next day the doctor will call me the following day. It was my first time visiting this urgent care, and I was genuinely impressed. I was dealing with a health issue and usually go to the urgent care across from Sherway, but they were closed, so I searched online and found this location. From the moment I called, I had a great experience. The woman who answered the phone had such a pleasant voice and took the time to answer all my questions.
