Horrible family clinic that does not care about its patients. Cancels appointments 20 mins before. Has terrible appointments for anyone who needs anything done. Would rather take walk ins than take care of their own patients.
Its so hard to get a hold with reception. No one picks up ever.
I’ve been in this clinic atleast 5 different times with appointments, and I’ve always had to wait 20-30 minutes beyond what my appointment was actually scheduled for. I’ve never seen a clinic this mismanaged. Either the management is incompetent or they just don’t care.
Dundas West Medical Clinic receptionists, please answer the phone!!! I've been trying to talk to someone over the past few days and I don't want to leave a voicemail because in the past you haven't replied back. When we go in person, you're ALWAYS on the phone and don't even make eye contact with the patients so that they don't approach you. Called the reception and kept on hold for 5-10 minutes. Happens everytime I call and for no apparent reason.
