Called the reception and kept on hold for 5-10 minutes. Happens everytime I call and for no apparent reason.
Just for their patients a long walk and in a hot day they denied to serve me front desk and as talking for over 15 min with a colleague
I highly recommend this clinic. Really helpful staff and doctors.
I love this place the doctors and the people is very gentle and good service, EXCEPT for the NURSE Winny (I don't know how is written), my baby got her first shots and this nurse had a terrible actitude. She was selfish and treating us like we own her something. If you are working with people and more with babies, you have to have the skills of humanity in your vains. Don't contract no people person to work with people.
