I was referred to this clinic from the Heartland location for a root canal specialist, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. Despite already paying over $300 for the same consultation at Heartland, they tried to charge me again for a 5-minute consultation. When I questioned it, the receptionist eventually said I didn’t have to pay — but only after an unnecessary back-and-forth. Horrible experience - would not recommend!! receptionist has horrible attitude, all they care about is charging you for 5 min consultations which you didn’t even sign up for.
Jerlyn is an absolute sweetheart. She deserves a raise & all the praise possible!
