Customer Service has really gone downhill. Was sick and coughing and called to cancel but all they could say was 48 hrs notice. Mentioned i could just show up sick in the clinic and got no response. Admin Cuzelda is the worse as I called and left a message on their voicemail and she says they didn't receive it. Response was so robotic bet they didn't even check. Service use to be good but has really gone downhill the past few years.

Excellent service friendly staff nurses. Good same day dentures service. I recommend . Dr Johnathan Tran. was fantastic/ friendly/ great service and provided good same day dentures.
Like Dr. Solon Guzman himself, Dundas Tower Dental is first class. I am always greated by a sincere smile with every visit by both the office staff and the Doctors, and their assistants For me, wait time is always minimal On my recent visit, i received excellent compassionate professional care by Dr Gwen and her assistant Beth.For me it is also a pleasure with every visit with Girline, my hygientist I highly recommend Dundas Tower Dental, as I have been with them for several years.
