Like Dr. Solon Guzman himself, Dundas Tower Dental is first class. I am always greated by a sincere smile with every visit by both the office staff and the Doctors, and their assistants For me, wait time is always minimal On my recent visit, i received excellent compassionate professional care by Dr Gwen and her assistant Beth.For me it is also a pleasure with every visit with Girline, my hygientist I highly recommend Dundas Tower Dental, as I have been with them for several years.
Very disappointing experience. I have braces and specifically booked my appointment on the one day the orthodontist is in so my wire and bracket could be removed before a filling. Despite clearly explaining this when booking and again during my visit, the wire was not removed, and I was reassured everything was fine. I later realized a filling was done on a tooth that didn’t even need it. I left before 11:00 a.m. and had to return again at 1:00 p.m. due to sensitivity. I was referred to this clinic from the Heartland location for a root canal specialist, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. Despite already paying over $300 for the same consultation at Heartland, they tried to charge me again for a 5-minute consultation. When I questioned it, the receptionist eventually said I didn’t have to pay — but only after an unnecessary back-and-forth.
