They have the worst scheduling team. Their receptionists ALWAYS overbook their patients to try and squeeze everyone in because they want your money. They do not care about your time. They don’t even treat you well when you’re there. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist centre to anyone.
It’s has changed over the pass few months
I've been going to this place for over 20 years. Dentists here at Dundas Tower are all great but Dr. Sonia Nagpal is the GREATEST! She's very professional and her hands are so gentle. I don't think I won't let any Dentist look after my teeth besides Dr. Sonia Nagpal.
I had a really bad experience with one my visit. I was treated poorly by the male dental assistant. I would never come back to this clinic again.
