When I asked one of the receptionists for her name, she said it was Penny. She was extremely rude and spoke in a way that made it seem like she disliked her job of assisting people. When I inquired about a doctor, she offered no solution and repeatedly emphasized that it was a private institution, making me feel as though I couldn’t afford the service. Dr Vida Dabestani is the most amazing, compassionate, intelligent and dedicated doctor there is. She has been treating me since I was a teenager, over a decade ago, and has consistently taken the time to listen to me, give me tailored advice and genuinely care for my health and wellbeing.
