I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Dundas Street Dental Centre. From the moment I walked in, the front staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free right from the start. The dentist was awesome—very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The dental hygienists and reception staff were great - kind, professional and welcoming. Unfortunately, I had a stressful experience related to billing and payment handling for a dental implant. I was told that any amount not covered by insurance would likely be minimal and that the clinic would work with me, but no clear cost breakdown was provided at the start.
