They wont even put their name on google maps because they are slumlords. York PROPERTIES are very poorly run apartments all over London and southwestern Ontario and the cost of their rentals goes up every year but the conditions of their rentals goes down. Cockroaches in halls and obviously in peoples apartments, the elevator hardly works and was down for over a month with multiple people in wheelchairs, now no hot water all weekend As the cost of rentals goes up and hard working people are getting tired of living in squalor... read more
The one bedroom apartment was spacious and very well maintained. The people living in the building are friendly and courteous. The management office was very responsive to any questions and concerns. The laundry facilities were clean and well maintained. The apartment is on several bus routes and provides easy access to all amenities.
Mistene is incredible! She is always ready and able to help with rental and property management inquiries making for a very smooth process every time.
