The slowest clinic I have ever been to. Came at 10am first and they asked me to come back at 11:15am for which they made an appointment. I come in at that time and they made me wait one hour!! Meanwhile my son has a fever of 40. Which they know of, but instead they keep attending other people in. I strongly suggest going to other clinics in waterdown. There are some new ones out there.
False advertising. Their listing says walk-in in the heading but they deny it on the door sign. Don’t waste your time.

This is NOT “walk-in”. It’s drive here to be told it’s a family dr. Office and I need to make an appointment 2.5 hours from the time I walked in. I was also greeted by a nice urine sample and a building that looks like it has seen its better days. I’m not sure what the rules are when you call it a walk in clinic but personally I don’t think this should be allowed to be in the title. When sick the last thing you want to do is drive 20 mins to experience this. No thanks. went elsewhere.
