Everyone who works there seems uninterested and don’t like to answer your questions. They don’t care and overall seem lazy. There are days when there’s no doctor and they close early for no reason??
Awful. Went to get my ear checked out because I have had a reoccurring infection. The doctor proceeded to tell me it wasn’t an infection (keep in mind my ear has been in severe pain for a week) and how she ‘could not’ prescribe me any antibiotics. All she did was flush and that’s it, nothing else (seems like someone wanted to go home early). Told me to wait or go somewhere else that would. Horrible customer service. Horrible care. Horrendous doctor. DO NOT COME HERE, BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME EVER
this used to be my favourite walk-in clinic in town but one of the new secretaries desperately needs a lesson in customer service skills. I walked into the clinic and waited at the desk to be checked-in/registered and one of the secretaries asked if I had an appointment to which I replied “no, I was hoping to be seen as a walk-in” given that it says walk-in clinic on the front of the building.
