They've been taking care of my mom for about 5 years now and the doctors always helping out.
Please avoid this clinic. We went to this clinic today asking about an appt that was set up by our family doctor but she is so rude and when I explained what we need she told me "she doesn't understand what I am saying" and she don't want us to go back. Is there a hotline to report this to public health and shut down this clinic???
STAY AWAY from this clinic. The receptionist who I think is the doctor’s wife is a ticking time bomb. She swears at the patients and has no respect for human beings. I wish there was a site to report this clinic for verbal abuse. Needs to be shut down. I know a lot of seniors go here and think they have no choice and to put up with it but for us we cannot stand this ridiculous manner she thinks she has over us. I would NEVER reco this clinic.
There was a lady who answered a phone, she sounded like vietnamese or korean or thai (no discrimination intended). We were trying to book for a CBC/blood test appointment, but she is giving me April 2, without even asking me my details and without listening first to what I am going to say and to my queries. The lady was giving an answer which is far from the question. Dr. Shahzad resolved my problems. I felt better in two weeks. I had pink eyes and both tonsils infected. The right and left side of my throat felt so painful. I got an antibiotic eye drop, an antibiotic ear drop and 6 antibiotic pills to resolve my problems. The staff are nice and friendly… Thank you Dr Shahzad to brighten my day. JC 🙏😘
