Absolutely disgusting customer service. Dr. Park is great but his wife (the receptionist) is one of the rudest people I have ever met! I've been going for over 15 years just for Dr. Park but I can't deal with the drama his wife brings. STAY AWAY
I call to take an appointmet for Echo. Receiver lady piced up phone and asked for birth date. I told her my birth date, she told me " your file is not with us" and disconnected. I thought line was disconnected and I called her again. She picked up phone and told me "your file is not us and we can't give you appoinment". I don't know if she understand my requirment. It is Oct 31/2025.
They've been taking care of my mom for about 5 years now and the doctors always helping out.
Please avoid this clinic. We went to this clinic today asking about an appt that was set up by our family doctor but she is so rude and when I explained what we need she told me "she doesn't understand what I am saying" and she don't want us to go back. Is there a hotline to report this to public health and shut down this clinic???
STAY AWAY from this clinic. The receptionist who I think is the doctor’s wife is a ticking time bomb. She swears at the patients and has no respect for human beings. I wish there was a site to report this clinic for verbal abuse. Needs to be shut down. I know a lot of seniors go here and think they have no choice and to put up with it but for us we cannot stand this ridiculous manner she thinks she has over us. I would NEVER reco this clinic.
