I have been going here since I was a young child, it used to be dr. Konietzko. So did my mother. Whomever took over this practice has poor ethics. They will suddenly put fluoride in your mouth without asking if that's what you want, after explaining every other procedure in detail like they are your friend. Slowly building trust then boom add some fluoride WHILE IN YOUR MOUTH when you already had a quote from your benefits. Do benefits cover fluoride? Sure don't. This is the most expensive dental clinic my family and I have ever been to. There are plenty of dentists in the area, so we'll definitely be taking our business elsewhere.
I cannot speak highly enough about Dundas Dental Care. I had a horrible dental problem recently while out of the province - they advised me and phoned in prescriptions to get me through. Dr. Mo was particularly helpful. Yesterday, Dr. Saad did an extraction for me; he was kind, patient, thorough and coached me through it with the utmost compassion. Had a great experience at Dundas Dental Care. The staff were friendly and professional. A special thank you to Shelby, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was welcoming, helpful, and took the time to explain things clearly. It's obvious she cares about the company, her patients and wants them to have a positive experience.
