Kayla has always been there for me and has gone above and beyond her paygrade to help out not just me, but other patients that I always see walking out of her office looking relieved with a gigantic smile on their face. I've been in 3 programs since 2015, and Kayla is easily the best damn counselor i will ever have. When I move away to another state or life, I hope I'm fortunate enough to either bring or meet someone just like her. 1 out of 8 billion.
This clinic needs HR to humble the two Rude individuals, STELLA (doc) and Bria(answers phone) I have been coming to this clinic for almost 10 yrs now….this new doc Stella and Bria were arguing with me over the phone and decided that they are going to stop my treatment because she (STELLA and Bird) claims I had an attitude. When you meet these two, you will understand the hypocrisy. This is absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional. Don’t Allow these two children to infect your energy negatively
ATTENTION!! AVOID!! AVOID!!! Unprofessional like no other this Stella is the Doctor and has all the power. Her (Stella) and the front desk lady (Bria) just aggressively argued with me and hung up on me when Bria wanted to. Stella says she won’t see me or help me with my recovery, my sublocade shot, Because she says I had an attitude with her back in December….Let’s not forget we are in the world of addiction and tons of people in recovery get irritated very quickly. Everyone who works here are very kind, compassionate and caring. This program works as long as you work it. And they work with you. It was my privilege to be able to work with them to get my life together. Thank you, BD HEALTH DUNDALK!!!!
