This place isn't up to par.The building hasn't had any renovation, and hasn't had any updates to improve the apartment's and building.The building is over 40 years old and nothing has been done to improve the quality of the building to make the tenant's feel comfortable and happy living there. For most of us tenant's that resides in Duncan Genns Apartment's has no plans on living elsewhere, we believe that this place will be our last place that we call home.
