Driver came and delivered dirt less than 30 minutes before it stormed heavy. Even lightning as I was signing the paperwork. Washed out the entire load before I could get it all placed. I called to get more and the earliest they could get me more delivered was 5 days later. My access road is falling apart and they are not reliable as I keep getting my truck stuck. I bought 2 yards of masonry sand and was given 1 yard. I complained about it, and I bought another yard due to being short, and they gave me only 1/2 yard, and it’s still short. I weighed it this time it was almost 1200lbs and I paid for 2500lbs. I paid for 7500lbs of sand all together, and I only received 3500lbs.
Visited for the first time today. Got soil and sand. Helped very quickly and everyone we interacted with was professional and helpful.
