I recently had an ADA toilet installed in my home by another company and was not pleased with their work. The toilet was wobbling. I chose not to have them come back and called Dunco instead. Ryan, Dunco’s plumbing expert, came out the next morning and did a fantastic job. He was courteous, professional and answered all of my many questions. Thank you, Ryan, for a job well done. AI makes you book a reservation directly with them, which it confirm appointment for same day. After 3 hours I called again and AI says I don’t see an appointment with the same cell phone from my initial call. This caused my family to go all weekend with without AC. Very disappointing experience.
