Their phone is answered by an ai service. I’ve spent the last 3 hours trying to speak to someone in their billing department, no one answers, no one calls back. Their techs and sales people are excellent, last I knew at least.

The quality of their service dropped, and price increased, after being bought by Anthony company.

Macon McDonald and Manny Duarte are true, professionals and very nice gentlemen. With an outstanding install, they were knowledgeable, informative ,answered all our questions and had very good customer service. Highly recommend, Thank you

Ever since their merger with Anthony things have gone downhill fast. I never receive anymore calls to setup ac or furnace service like they used to. They scrapped the annual maintenance plan for ac / furnace and offer an inflated cost plan for services I won't use. It's really sad because the old Dunco was a really good and solid company here in Lawrence.

Terrible experience from start to finish. They used to be a great locally owned company. Unfortunately, after being bought out they have gone totally downhill. I would stay far away.
