I wish that I could put negative stars. I called this service right after the coldest snap this year. I have two gas units,that had been installed new in 2009 and nothing but trouble from the get go. That plumber took off never to be seen again.once the duncklee technician arrived, he spent several hours cleaning the unit. He left and charged me 550 dollars and still had not resolved the issue. We have an old house with a truss attic, and only a very shallow crawl space for a basement., These things make it very difficult to have an air conditioning system installed. However, two years ago, Duncklee quoted and installed a Mitsubishi air conditioning system for our house (3 BR, Kitchen, dining roon, office, living room, approx. 2300 sq ft).
