Amazing! From Austin, but I was visiting and stopped in and I am so happy to say how great both were and how sweet and nice they were Customer Service wise and able to fit me right in. I’m very particular & she was above and beyond talented!! My pictures attached they even found my favorite color. Thank you so very much.
I love this place, they do a great job usually and the service is great but I went in yesterday to get a gel manicure and today my entire right hand has already peeled off. I went in today 15 minutes before closing but the doors were already locked
Came in for a fill. I asked for my previous nail tech David, which was off that day, so I decided to go with someone else, bad idea. I looked at my nails before I left, but as soon as I got home, hours passed, the acrylic that the nail tech put on was looking thin to where I can see where she chipped underneath. I bet I will wait next for my original tech. Smh
I’m a nail Tech myself and when I left I knew my enhancement would not last she had applied the acrylic touching my cuticle. After about a week and a half they began popping off which is so improper for a set that was $65 plane no polish no gel no design at that you wanted me to pay $30 for French tips. She laid the acrylic super sloppily the monomer/purple liquid was drying way too quickly so she struggled to even apply the acrylic at all.
