To lessen the likelihood of another ac catastrophe on my other unit, I made the decision to enrol in Duncan's Heating and Air Repair Inc.'s yearly maintenance programme. The supervisor who arrived just as they were finishing up to take pictures of their work and make sure I was satisfied made me very happy.

The new install went amazing by Duncan's Heating and Air Repair. Staff was a personable and knowledgeable technician who asked preferences before moving forward on any piece of the project. The electrician, from Duncan's Heating and Air Repair , was extremely helpful as well. They were a well oiled machine. The end product is beautiful and my neighbors said they didn't notice it until I pointed it out to them.

Heater went out right before a cold snap. Came out quickly and showed me what was wrong. Took time to explain everything to me. He didn't have the parts on the truck but called around and found them and came back to repair. Did it all in a couple of hours. Super friendly and professional. Not the cheapest but the best and will use Duncan's Heating and Air Repair inc in the future.

A member of the young staff from Duncan's Heating and Air Repair Inc. visited our unit and checked it for approximately an hour. He went over everything carefully and was friendly and educated. As our home approaches new look, I'll definitely begin taking advantage of their biannual service packages the next year. Well regarded, veteran-owned business
