Do not use this automotive repair shop. They told me I needed to have nearly 5grand in work done, and I took it to two other places and was told that over half of the work didn’t need to be done at all. They are not very honest with what needs to be done when dealing with a women. Which is very sad when they have women working the front counter reassuring the customer that this work should be done ASAP. I will never recommend this place to anyone. In fact I will be telling anyone I talk to to never go there.
I have used Duncan's many times for a variety of car repairs-from simple oil changes to a rebuild of a rear end. The work is good, but they don't give a timely response or call back. I always seem to have to call them, which is frustrating. However, I would still recommend them.
Duncan's is the best place to go for automotive needs. Wet have been coming here for about 7-8 years. We have brought our 2001 Toyota in many times. Each time they tell us what is necessary to fix and what can hold off. I never feel like they are taking advantage of me. They gave us a great deal when they had to keep our car longer than expected. I would totally recommend this place for anyone needing any car work... Smog checks too!
Very friendly and honest workers. I've never felt over-charged or like I was getting pushed into services that weren't necessary.
Staff is great and they go out of their way to help. There have been times where another auto shop has said I needed one thing or another and they said no, it wasn't needed. They have prioritized repairs for me, knowing I couldn't afford all the repairs at once. Great group of people!
I have taken several cars to Duncan's Automotive and used to really trust them. My last car issue was misdiagnosed by them and ended up costing me twice what it should have if they'd figured it out correctly the first time. Plus, beware if you call and they put you hold - they could forget about you...it's happened several times, unfortunately. Face to face service is much better than phone calls.
Duncan's has always been great about getting me in whenever I needed an appointment, often on the same day. For oil changes to major repairs, Duncan's Automotive is accompanying, honest, thorough, and affordable.
I can't say enough about the employees at Duncan's we have used them several times and there so honest about repairs I love it
Won't come here again :(
